Cookie Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective
KithForm AI keeps its use of cookies and browser storage deliberately small. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell data to third parties. This page explains what we store, why, and how you can control it.
1. What we store
- Session storage (strictly necessary). When you sign in, our authentication provider stores your session token in your browser so you stay signed in between visits. Removing it signs you out.
- Demo preview state (functional). If you open the live dashboard preview, we store a flag locally so the demo survives a page refresh. Exiting the demo clears it.
- Checkout cookies (strictly necessary). Our payment provider, Paddle, sets cookies during checkout to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
- Product analytics (optional). Aggregated page and error metrics that help us find broken screens. These contain no rental, tenant or payment details.
2. What we do not do
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share cookie data with ad networks or data brokers.
3. Third parties that may set cookies
- Paddle — payment processing and fraud prevention during checkout.
- Our authentication and database provider — session handling and security.
4. Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data from its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and checkout from working. You can also clear KithForm AI's local storage from your browser's site-data panel, which signs you out and resets any demo preview.
5. Changes and contact
If we add a new cookie category we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Questions about this policy can be sent to .
