By accessing or using KithForm AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this service. If you are using KithForm AI on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

KithForm AI is a property management software platform designed to help independent landlords organize units, track rent, log payments, manage maintenance requests, and assist with tenant communications. KithForm AI is not a licensed real estate broker, property manager, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor.

Nothing in the platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of KithForm AI complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including landlord-tenant regulations, fair housing laws, and licensing requirements.

KithForm AI includes an AI-powered lease parsing tool that extracts information such as tenant names, lease dates, rent amounts, security deposits, due dates, and late fees from uploaded lease documents. This extraction is performed automatically and may not be complete or accurate.

Landlords are required to review and confirm all AI-extracted lease data before saving or activating a lease within the platform. KithForm AI is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-extracted data that are not reviewed and corrected by the user prior to activation. Always compare extracted values against the original signed lease document.

New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No payment information is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to the Free plan unless you have subscribed to a paid Pro plan.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Please review our Refund Policy for details on refunds, billing errors, and chargeback procedures.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and other governmental charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KithForm AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

KithForm AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or creates legal or operational risk for our business. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and we may delete or anonymize your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
